About the Foundation

Established in 2020, the non-profit Airstream Foundation exists to curate, preserve, and display a collection of vintage Airstream travel trailers and motorhomes, as well as Airstream and WBCCI memorabilia and accessories for display in the Heritage Center.

The Airstream Foundation celebrates and honors those who have come before us to inspire future Airstreamers to carry on the legacy of embracing the open road. Donations to the Airstream Foundation allow us to preserve and promote the Airstream way of life.

The Airstream Heritage Center

Located in Jackson Center, Ohio, the Airstream Heritage Center is the premier location for the preservation and display of Airstream history. Visitors to the Heritage Center will be treated to an immersive brand experience throughout a 16,000 sq ft exhibit space dedicated to the extraordinary individuals and iconic Airstream products that have shaped the history of an American icon.

The Heritage Center spotlights 90 years of Airstream design and travel adventure while paying homage to the like-minded community of adventurers known as Airstreamers. From the story of Airstream’s founding in 1931 to the epic Caravans that crisscrossed the globe, the center highlights the company’s partnership with America’s space program.
